1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use EasyFitPro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The content provided within the App — including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio instructions, timers, text-to-speech output, exercise demonstrations, workout plans, and calorie estimates — is provided for general fitness and educational purposes only.

EasyFitPro is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment platform, or regulated healthcare service. The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or supervision.

You should consult a physician, licensed healthcare provider, or qualified fitness professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you:

• have heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or chronic illness;
• have joint, bone, or mobility limitations;
• are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from injury or surgery.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, unusual shortness of breath, severe discomfort, or any other abnormal symptoms.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, joint injury, falls, dehydration, cardiovascular events, and other physical injury. By using the App, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and physical activity.

4. No Warranty of Results

EasyFitPro makes no guarantees regarding weight loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, health outcomes, calorie burn, or any other specific result. Results vary based on numerous factors including health status, consistency, effort, technique, form, environment, and individual physiology.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

All workouts, exercise suggestions, instructional content, timing cues, repetition counts, and other guidance provided by the App are used entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for determining whether any activity is safe and appropriate for your individual condition and environment.

6. Accuracy of Guidance

The App may provide general exercise demonstrations, repetition counts, timing cues, audio instructions, text-to-speech prompts, and written guidance. This information is not individualized and may not account for your personal ability, health condition, limitations, or experience level. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional instruction or supervision.

7. Safe Exercise Environment

You are responsible for exercising in a safe and appropriate environment with adequate space, proper ventilation, stable flooring, suitable footwear, and surroundings free of hazards. EasyFitPro is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from unsafe conditions in your workout area.

8. Third-Party Content and External Links

The App may include features that allow you to search for, view, or open third-party content, including external websites, videos, or platforms such as YouTube. EasyFitPro does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or reliability of any third-party content. Your use of such content is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

9. Device & Technical Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EasyFitPro does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices, operating systems, or software versions.

EasyFitPro is not responsible for issues including but not limited to device overheating, battery drain, software conflicts, app crashes, data loss, delayed or inaccurate prompts, connectivity issues, or updates by Apple, Google, or third parties that affect App functionality.

10. Purchases & Refunds

EasyFitPro may be offered as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform provider. Any refund request must be made through the applicable app store and is governed by that platform's refund policy. EasyFitPro does not process refunds directly.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to workout plans, exercise libraries, images, icons, graphics, audio, text, branding, software logic, screen layouts, and interface design, are the intellectual property of EasyFitPro and its owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the App without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyFitPro and its owners, developers, affiliates, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, participation in physical activity, reliance on App content, or use of third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyFitPro's total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyFitPro, its owners, developers, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your use of third-party content, or your participation in physical activity.

14. Suspension, Termination, or Discontinuation

EasyFitPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any feature, functionality, or content at any time, with or without notice. We may also restrict access to the App if we believe a user has violated these Terms or used the App in an improper or harmful manner.

15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the EasyFitPro Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyFitPro regarding the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements relating to the App.

19. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after any revised Terms are made available constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
