1. Information We Collect

EasyFitPro collects only limited information necessary for basic personalization and App functionality.

• First Name: If entered by you, your first name may be stored locally on your device and used for personalization within the App.
• Local Usage Data: The App may store workout streaks, exercise completion history, calorie estimates, preferred level settings, progress data, and similar usage information locally on your device.

This information is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to EasyFitPro servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

EasyFitPro does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell, or share the following categories of information:

• email address;
• phone number;
• mailing address;
• payment card or banking details;
• health records;
• contacts or address book data;
• messages or communication content;
• photos, videos, or files from your device;
• location data;
• advertising identifiers;
• biometric data.

3. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics

EasyFitPro does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking technologies, or behavioral profiling tools within the App.

4. Data Storage

All user-entered and App-generated data described above is stored locally on your device. EasyFitPro does not operate a cloud account system for this App and does not transmit or synchronize your local App data to EasyFitPro-controlled servers.

5. Data Retention

Because your data is stored locally on your device, it remains there until you delete the App, clear the App's storage, reset the App data, or otherwise remove it from your device. EasyFitPro retains no copies of this local data on its own servers.

6. App Store and Platform Data Collection

EasyFitPro is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While EasyFitPro itself does not collect your personal data through the App in the ordinary course described above, Apple and Google may independently collect information related to app downloads, purchases, device details, crash logs, diagnostics, or platform usage.

Such platform-level data collection is controlled by Apple and Google, not by EasyFitPro, and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

EasyFitPro does not intentionally include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs unless specifically disclosed in a future update. However, Apple, Google, or your device platform may automatically collect crash diagnostics, performance information, or similar technical data. Any such collection is governed by the privacy practices of the applicable platform provider.

8. Third-Party Content and Video Search Feature

The App may include features that allow you to search for or open external exercise videos or third-party websites. If you use these features and access content outside the App, those third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies and practices. EasyFitPro does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, apps, platforms, or services.

9. Children's Privacy

EasyFitPro is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through EasyFitPro-controlled systems. If you believe a minor has submitted information in a way that raises concern, please contact us.

10. International Users

EasyFitPro may be downloaded and used outside the United States. Because EasyFitPro does not ordinarily collect or store personal data on its own servers, there is generally no EasyFitPro-held account data to access, correct, export, or delete beyond the information stored locally on your own device.

11. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have privacy rights under California law. However, because EasyFitPro does not generally collect or retain personal information on EasyFitPro-controlled servers for this App, there is ordinarily no server-side personal data for us to disclose, sell, correct, or delete.

12. Security

Because your information is primarily stored locally on your own device, you maintain direct control over that data. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, including device passcodes, operating system updates, and physical access controls. While we design the App to minimize data collection, no device or software environment can be guaranteed completely secure.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable privacy law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy is made available constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
